With over 25 years of experience in retail operations, multi-unit leadership, and real estate, Benji brings a results-driven mindset and a people-first approach to his work as a business broker with Indiana Business Advisors.

Benji’s career began in retail, where he developed hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and team development. Rising through the ranks, he became an area manager. As such, he successfully led multiple store locations across Indiana, driving performance improvements, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. His leadership style is built on accountability, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills that translate seamlessly into business brokerage.

In 2010, Benji transitioned to real estate, building a reputation for being knowledgeable, responsive, and solutions-oriented. His ability to assess market value, negotiate deals, and guide clients through complex transactions makes him a trusted advisor for both residential buyers and sellers.

When Benji isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family, exploring new opportunities in real estate development, and supporting local entrepreneurs.
